| Terms
& Conditions: To rent a scooter, you must be 18 years
of age with a valid driver's license presented at time of rental
along credit card to make an imprint and a $300 pre-authorization
for deposit purposes only in case of damages or theft. There is
no insurance on rental equipment and liability falls strictly on
the renter for theft, damages or injury to himself or others. By
law, passengers under the age of 16 must wear a helmet on bicycles
and scooters and must be positioned behind the driver on scooters
and able to reach the foot pegs. Payment can be made by cash or
credit card. |
